Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS); the awareness about these words is becoming popular day by day. It’s a very typical phenomenon in human feminine gender. This syndrome affects almost all women from age 12 and above right up to premenopausal stage. PMS is a cyclic phenomenon; thus every month this syndrome is manifested in one or the other way through various symptoms in women. PMS is supposed to be a very confusing stage in women’s life. At times the symptoms are so critical that it can change the life of women unknowingly. There are physiological, psychological, physical, hormonal and psyco-somatic changes that temporarily occur in women.
