Every female undergoes physical, psychological, emotional & behavioural changes prior to her periods (7-10 days before menses). This circle 🔴⭕ is the perfect platform for understanding & learning how to manage these temporary changes every month which make woman non-functional, inefficient & unpredictable. If you are the one or know someone who suffers anger, irritation, cry spells, hopelessness, boredom, emotional dysregulation, mood swings, brain fog, etc which disappear with start of periods, its pms- premenstrual syndrome.
